County Level Real-Time Searches

Due to the threat and potential consequences of Negligent Hiring Civil suits we incorporate county level real-time criminal and civil searches in our process to make sure you have the most current and up to date information. We have researchers in all counties in the country that are dispatched by us and the results are entered into our system for your review and is part of our screening report. We have found over the years that criminal database are not always complete and accurate and should not be used exclusively for pre-employment screening to determine if your prospect has a criminal record. Turnaround time varies from county to county but results are most often posted within 24-72 hours. This gives the employer enough time send the applicant for a drug screen and call on references.
