Credit Report
VeriScreen and VeriRent, Inc. are Certified National Resellers with the Equifax, Experian, and Transunion credit reporting agencies. Checking a potential employee or residents credit report will help to provide a dependable picture of the individual's credit background. You may order an individual or joint (married) credit report. Unfortunately you may not use our service to purchase your own credit report.
We offer one of the easiest to read credit report formats on the market. We not only provide you with the basic credit report that you would generally receive from other screening companies, but there are many other features to help you determine if your potential resident is qualified.
Please be advised all clients must submit to an on-site inspection if requesting credit products. This is necessary to meet credit bureau requirements and can be scheduled by contacting Customer Service. Unless operating out of a residence, this must only be done one time. If operating out of a residence, it is required annually. Please call to discuss pricing information and any questions regarding this requirement.
Your credit report includes:
- Instant results from Equifax, Experian, or Transunion
- Social Security Number Verification allowing you to verify the state and year that the social security number was issued, and if there has been a death claim
- Social Security Number Verification will help to rule out false identity and detect fraudulent prospective residents
- Displays a credit and a financial summary including debt-to-income ratio
- Displays residents address histories and identity variations (aliases)
- Provides an easy to read and understand summary of credit accounts that gives the creditor, date the account was opened, the last reported date, high credit, balance, past due amount (if any), a historical time line of previous past due payments, the type of account, the accounts current status, and if the account is a joint account.
- Displays each month and year of each late payment
- View collections, judgments, bankruptcies, and public records
- Displays previous inquiries
- Provides source and creditor information for customer disputes
