If you don't require all of the reports that are available in some of our background check packages, you may purchase some of our services a la carte, such as a credit check, sex offender scan, eviction database scan, or nationwide criminal database scan. Employee/Resident Check and False Positive
We do what we can to ensure our customers receive the most accurate data possible. We do this via the SDM technology employed in our systems as well as through the weeding out of false positives that make their way through a employee/resident check. A false positive can occur when an individual has a common name. Criminal records are filed by name and DOB, which means if a potential employee/resident has a common name there can be many hits. Often billed as an additional charge with other companies, this service is included here: we can weed out these false positives to ensure a property manager, owner, or company does not deny housing or employment by mistake.
